In implementation of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 1203/QD-TTg dated September 18, 2018 promulgating the action plan for implementation of the Government’s Decree No.57/2018/ND-CP dated April 17, 2018 on incentive policies for enterprises investing in agriculture and rural development sector;
At the request of the Director of Department of Science and Technology for Economic Technical Branches and the Director of Department of Legislation;
The Minister of Science and Technology promulgates a Circular promulgating the List of technologies adopted by enterprises doing research in, receiving transfer of and applying high technology to agriculture.

1. This Circular applies to enterprises that are eligible to receive subsidies, which are duly established, registered and operate in accordance with the Law on enterprises and have investment projects prescribed in Clauses 3, 4, 5 Article 3 of Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP.
2. Regulatory authorities, organizations and individuals involved in the provision of incentives and subsidies as regulated in Decree No. 57/2018/ND-CP.
1. This Circular comes into force from July 15, 2019.
2. Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Science and Technology for consideration.
Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of governmental agencies, Chairpersons of Provincial People’s Committees and relevant organizations, enterprises and individuals shall implement this Circular./.
