CIRCULAR

PRICE AND PRICE RANGE OF AVIATION SERVICES AT AIRPORTS AND AERODROMES OF VIETNAM FROM MARCH 1, 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 INCLUSIVELY

Pursuant to Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 2006 and Law on amendments to a number of Articles of Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;

Pursuant to Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of Government on elaborating to Law on Prices and Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 of Government on amendments to Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of Government on elaborating to Law on Prices;

Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2015/ND-CP of Government dated October 20, 2015 on management and operation of airports and aerodromes;

Pursuant to Decree No. 12/2017/ND-CP dated February 10, 2017 of Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministry of Transport;

At request of Director General of Department of Transport and Director of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;

Article 1. Prices of aircraft landing and take-off services and arrival, departure air traffic control services for domestic flights

From March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 inclusively, prices of aircraft landing and take-off services and arrival, departure air traffic control services for domestic flights shall equal 50% of the prices of aircraft landing and take-off services and arrival, departure air traffic control services under Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 of Minister of Transport on price and price range of aviation services in airports and aerodromes of Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT”).

Article 2. Price range of aviation services

From March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 inclusively, price range of aviation services not specified under Clause 2, Clause 3 Article 1 of Circular 53/2019/TT-BGTVT shall have a minimum value of VND 0 while the maximum value shall conform to Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

Article 3. Entry into force

1. This Circular comes into force from October 20, 2020.

Prices and price range of aviation services under Article 1 and Article 2 of this Circular shall be applied from March 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 inclusively according to Resolution No. 84/NQ-CP dated May 29, 2020 of the Government on tasks and solutions for dealing with difficulties in business operation, promoting disbursement of public investment capital and ensuring social order and safety in Covid-19 epidemic. From October 1, 2020, prices and price range of aviation services under Article 1 and Article 2 of this Circular continue to conform to Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

2. Chief of the Ministry Office, ministerial Chief Inspectors, directors, general directors of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, heads of relevant agencies and organizations are responsible for implementation of this Circular./.
