DECISION
PROMULGATING THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM�S LIST OF OBJECTS SUBJECT TO PLANT QUARANTINE
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 14, Chapter III of the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine promulgated on February 15, 1993; and Article 16, Chapter III of the Plant Quarantine Regulation issued together with Decree No. 92/CP of November 27, 1993;
At the proposals of the director of Plant Protection Department, and the director of Science - Technology and Products Quality Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To promulgate the Socialist Republic of Vietnam’s List of objects subject to plant quarantine.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. This Decision replaces Decision No. 75/1998/QD-BNN-BVT of May 21, 1998 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 3.- The director of Ministry’s Office, the director of the Plant Protection Department, the director of Science-Technology and Products Quality Department and the heads of the concerned units, and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
