DECISION

RE: REGULATIONS ON THE ISSUANCE OF VIETNAM’S CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN - FORM D FOR PREFERENTIAL TARIFF TREATMENT OF THE AGREEMENT ON TRADE IN GOODS UNDER THE COMMON EFFECTIVE PREFERENTIAL TARIFF SCHEME (CEPT) AMONGST ASEAN MEMBER STATES

THE MINISTER OF TRADE

Pursuant to the Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 by the Government detailing functions, tasks, powers and organization of the Ministry of Trade;
Upon proposal of the Director of the Import – Export Department,

HEREBY DECIDES THAT:

Article 1.  Attached to the Decision are the regulations on the issuance of Vietnam’s Certificate of Origin - Form D for Preferential Tariff Treatment of the Agreement on Trade in Goods under the Common Effective Preferential Tariff Scheme (CEPT) amongst ASEAN Member States.

Article 2.  The Decision comes into effect in 15 days since it is publicized in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Decision replaces the Decision No. 416/TM-DB, dated 13/05/1996 on regulations of the issuance of Vietnam’s Certificate of Origin - Form D for Preferential Tariff Treatment of the Agreement on ASEAN’s Trade in Goods and other updated or supplementary decisions No.0878/1998/QD-BTM dated 30/7/1998, No.1000/1998/QD-BTM dated 3/9/1998, No. 0492/2000/QD-BTM dated 25/12/2000.
