DECISION
ESTABLISHING POST-CLEARANCE INSPECTION SUB-DEPARTMENTS UNDER PROVINCIAL/INTER-PROVINCIAL/MUNICIPAL CUSTOMS DEPARTMENTS
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Decision No. 37/2003/QD-BTC of March 17, 2003
- 1 Decree no. 154/2005/ND-CP of December 15, 2005 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the customs law regarding customs procedures, inspection and supervision
- 2 Law No. 42/2005/QH11 of June 14, 2005 on amendment of and addition to a number of articles of The Law on Customs
- 3 Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 01st, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry.
