ON AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 13 OF THE STATUTE ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF THE INSPECTORATE FOR THE PROTECTION OF AQUATIC RESOURCES, ALREADY ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION No.415-TTg OF AUGUST 10, 1994 OF THE PRIME MINISTER

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Protection and Development of Aquatic Resources of April 25, 1989;
At the proposals of the Minister of Aquatic Resources and the General State Inspector, and considering the comments of the Minister-Chairman of the Government Commission on Organization and Personnel;
In order to deploy in time the activities of the specialized inspectorial organization for the protection of aquatic resources,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To amend Article 13 of the Statute of the Organization and Operation of the Inspectorate for the Protection of Aquatic Resources, already issued together with Decision No.415-TTg of August 10, 1994 of the Prime Minister, as follows:

Article 13.- The Minister of Aquatic Resources shall appoint, dismiss and manage the Aquatic Resources Protection Inspectors, and issue cards and insignias to them.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its issue.
