RESOLUTION
AMENDING THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEES RESOLUTION No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 OF SEPTEMBER 28, 2007, PROMULGATING THE EXPORT TARIFF ACCORDING TO THE LIST OF DUTIABLE COMMODITY GROUPS AND THE DUTY RATE BRACKET FOR EACH COMMODITY GROUP, AND THE PREFERENTIAL IMPORT TARIFF ACCORDING TO THE LIST OF DUTIABLE COMMODITY GROUPS AND THE PREFERENTIAL DUTY RATE BRACKET FOR EACH COMMODITY GROUP
THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10;
Pursuant to Law No. 30/2001/QH11 on Organization of the National Assembly and Law No. 83/2007/QH11 Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Law No. 45/2005/QH11 on Import Duly and Export Duly;
At the proposal of the Government,
RESOLVES:
Article 1. To amend the Export Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the duty rate bracket for each commodity group, promulgated together with the National Assembly Standing Committees Resolution No. 295/2007/NQ-UBTVQH12 of September 28, 2007, into the Export Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity groups and the duty rate bracket for each commodity group, promulgated together with this Resolution.
Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on January 1, 2009.
