TCVN 12678-3:2020 do Ban kỹ thuật tiêu chuẩn Quốc gia TCVN/TC/E13 Năng lượng tái tạo biên soạn, Tổng cục Tiêu chuẩn Đo lường Chất lượng đề nghị, Bộ Khoa học và Công nghệ công bố.

Photovoltaic devices - Part 3: Measurement principles for terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) solar devices with reference spectral irradiance data

1  Phạm vi áp dụng

Tiêu chuẩn này áp dụng cho các thiết bị quang điện (PV) mặt trời dùng cho các ứng dụng trên bề mặt của trái đất sau:

- tế bào mặt trời có hoặc không có vỏ bảo vệ;

- cụm các tế bào mặt trời;

- môđun; và

- hệ thống.

CHÚ THÍCH: Thuật ngữ “mẫu thử nghiệm” được sử dụng đ biểu thị thiết bị bất kỳ trong các thiết bị nêu trên.

Nguyên lý trong tiêu chuẩn này bao gồm thử nghiệm trong ánh sáng mặt trời tự nhiên và mô phỏng.

Chuyển đổi quang điện là chọn lọc phổ do bản chất của vật liệu bán dẫn được sử dụng trong tế bào mặt trời PV và môđun PV. Để so sánh tính năng tương đối của các thiết bị và vật liệu PV khác nhau, cần một phân bố phổ mặt trời chuẩn tiêu chuẩn. Tiêu chuẩn này bao gồm phân bố phổ bức xạ mặt trời chuẩn này.

Tiêu chuẩn này cũng mô tả các nguyên lý đo cơ bản để xác định đầu ra điện của các thiết bị PV. Các nguyên lý được đưa ra trong tiêu chuẩn này được thiết kế để tạo mối liên quan của thông số đặc trưng về tính năng của các thiết bị PV với phân bố phổ bức xạ mặt trời trên mặt đất chuẩn chung.

Phân bố phổ bức xạ mặt trời mặt đất chuẩn được đưa ra trong tiêu chuẩn này để phân loại bộ mô phỏng mặt trời theo các yêu cầu về tính năng phổ trong TCVN 12678-9 (IEC 60904-9).

2  Tài liệu viện dẫn

Các tài liệu viện dẫn sau đây là cần thiết cho việc áp dụng tiêu chuẩn. Đối với các tài liệu viện dẫn ghi năm công bố thì áp dụng bản được nêu. Đối với các tài liệu viện dẫn không ghi năm công bố thì áp dụng phiên bn mới nhất, bao gồm cả các sửa đi.

3  Thuật ngữ và định nghĩa

4  Nguyên lý đo

Trong thực tế hiện nay, tính năng quang điện của tế bào mặt trời hoặc môđun được xác định bằng cách phơi sáng ở nhiệt độ đã biết với ánh sáng mặt trời ổn định tự nhiên hoặc mô phỏng và đo đường cong đặc tính dòng điện-điện áp (I-V) trong khi đo cường độ của bức xạ tới và nhiệt độ thiết bị PV. Các quy trình đo đường cong I-V chi tiết được cho trong TCVN 12678-1 (IEC 60904-1). Tính năng đo được sau đó có thể được hiệu chỉnh theo các điều kiện thử nghiệm tiêu chuẩn (STC) hoặc các điều kiện mong muốn khác về cường độ bức xạ và nhiệt độ theo tiêu chuẩn IEC 60891. Công suất ra đã hiệu chỉnh ở điện áp công suất lớn nhất và STC thường được gọi là công suất danh định.

Cường độ bức xạ tới có thể được đo bằng thiết bị chuẩn PV (đáp ứng phổ đã biết) hoặc, nếu đo dưới ánh sáng mặt trời tự nhiên, bằng máy đo bức xạ kiểu cột nhiệt điện (nhật xạ kế). Nếu sử dụng thiết bị chuẩn PV thì nó phải đáp ứng các yêu cầu của TCVN 12678-2 (IEC 60904-2). Việc xác định nhiệt độ của thiết bị PV cần thử nghiệm phải được thực hiện theo TCVN 12678-1 (IEC 60904-1) hoặc TCVN 12678-5 (IEC 60904-5).

Do tế bào mặt trời có đáp ứng phụ thuộc bước sóng, tính năng của nó bị ảnh hưởng đáng kể bi sự phân bố phổ của bức xạ tới, trong ánh sáng mặt trời tự nhiên thay đổi theo các yếu tố như vị trí, thời tiết, thời gian trong năm, thời gian trong ngày, hướng bề mặt nhận, v.v., và có bộ mô phỏng thay đổi theo loại và điều kiện sử dụng theo TCVN 12678-9 (IEC 60904-9). Bất kể cường độ bức xạ được đo bằng máy đo bức xạ kiểu cột nhiệt điện (không chọn lọc phổ) hay với thiết bị mặt trời chuẩn, phân bố phổ bức xạ của ánh sáng tới phải được biết để sử dụng TCVN 12678-7 (IEC 60904-7) tính toán phổ không phù hợp giữa tính năng đo được và tính năng dự đoán theo phân bố tổng xạ hoặc trực tiếp được xác định trong tiêu chuẩn này. Khi thực hiện các phép đo theo các điều kiện thử nghiệm tiêu chuẩn, sự không phù hợp phổ giữa thiết bị PV cần thử nghiệm và cột nhiệt điện thường lớn hơn nhiều so với sự không phù hợp phổ giữa thiết bị PV chuẩn và thiết bị PV cần thử nghiệm.

Khi khả năng đáp ứng phổ của thiết bị PV đã biết được xác định theo TCVN 12678-8 (IEC 60904-8) thì cũng có thể sử dụng TCVN 12678-7 (IEC 60904-7) để tính tính năng của thiết bị PV đó khi phơi nhiễm ánh sáng của phân bố phổ bức xạ phổ đã biết bất kỳ.

5  Phân bố phổ mặt trời chuẩn và phân bố bức xạ góc

Phân bố phổ mặt trời chuẩn được cho trong Bảng 1 và Hình 1.

Phân bố góc chuẩn được xác định cho cả phân bố phổ trực tiếp và toàn cầu, do đó bức xạ hoàn toàn chiếu vuông góc vào thiết bị mặt trời. Ngoài ra, các điều kiện về hình học và môi trường xung quanh thực tế hơn đối với các vùng khí hậu khác nhau được xác định trong IEC 61853-4.

Việc tính toán phân bố phổ được thực hiện bằng các tham số đầu vào hình học và môi trường sau đây:

- phân bổ tổng xạ (trực tiếp + khuếch tán + suất phản chiếu) của ánh sáng mặt trời (phổ AM1.5), tương ứng với cường độ bức xạ tích hợp 1 000 W·m-2 tới bề mặt phẳng hướng về phía mặt trời nghiêng 37° so với phương ngang và

- sự phân bố trực tiếp của ánh sáng mặt trời (phổ AM1.5d), tương ứng với cường độ bức xạ tích hợp 900 W·m-2 tới bề mặt phẳng hướng về phía mặt trời vuông góc với ánh sáng mặt trời tới,

Xem xét suất phản chiếu phụ thuộc bước sóng của đất pha cát trống, trong các điều kiện khí quyển sau:

- khí quyển tiêu chuẩn của Hoa Kỳ với nồng độ CO2 tăng lên mức hiện tại (370 ppm), kiểu khí dung ở nông thôn và không ô nhiễm;

- nước có thể thành mưa: 1,4164 cm;

- hàm lượng ozone: 0,3438 atm-cm (hoặc 343,8 DU);

- độ đục (độ sâu quang học khí dung); 0,084 ở 500 nm;

- áp suất: 101.325 kPa (tức là mực nước biển).

Dữ liệu trong Bảng 1 đã được tạo bằng mô hình quang phổ mặt trời SMARTS, phiên bản 2.9.2. Có thể tìm thấy mô tả chung về mô hình này và sự phù hợp của nó để tái tạo các phân bố phổ bức xạ mặt trời thực tế trong “Proposed Reference Irradiance Spectra for Solar Energy Systems Testing” của C. A. Gueymard, C. Myers và K. Emery, và trong các tài liệu tham khảo trong đó. Bảng 1 có thể được lấy bằng cách sử dụng dữ liệu trong Phụ lục A làm đầu vào cho mô hình SMARTS, phiên bản 2.9.2. Các giá trị bức xạ phổ đầu ra thu được phải được nhân với hệ số chuẩn hóa (0,9971) để có được cường độ bức xạ tích hợp 1 000 W·m-2 trong phạm vi bước sóng từ 0 đến vô cùng cho tổng xạ. Hệ số tỷ lệ tương tự này được áp dụng cho phổ trực tiếp tạo ra cường độ bức xạ tích hợp 900 W·m-2 trong phạm vi bước sóng từ 0 đến vô cùng.

Sử dụng mô hình SMARTS

Dữ liệu đầu vào sau đây (Bảng A.1) cho mô hình SMARTS, phiên bản 2.9.2 được yêu cầu để tạo ra các phân bố phổ bức xạ mặt trời chuẩn có trong tiêu chuẩn này. Các giá trị phổ bức xạ trực tiếp và tổng xạ đầu ra đã được nhân với hệ số chuẩn hóa (0,9971) để tái tạo dữ liệu trong Bảng 1. Sự khác biệt duy nhất để tạo ra hai phân bố phổ bức xạ là sự lựa chọn đầu ra trong trường 12c.
